"This is 99% due to Sports Clips awful attempt at using their app to approximate wait times. The business intelligence behind this software has got to be the most flawed I've seen! App said 25 minute wait. I walked in literally 5 minutes later, board read 1hr 15min. After an hour, it was still saying 28 minutes. 4 different people that had scheduled online walked in while I was there, all of them had been "on deck" for at least 30 minutes, and had been passed by because they weren't there. Not their fault, again, the expected wait was a useless number for them. I can express how little you can trust this number. Do NOT use this as anything even remotely accurate if your trying to schedule your day or even your arrival around it. The 1% I attribute to employees impact was the total lack of a sense of urgency. Not during the cuts, I wouldn't expect that. But after the cuts during cleanup, they'd spend more time talking to their friends than cleaning up and trying to get to the next customer. I left and went to Lady Jane's. Turns out their cheaper for the same offerings, and they run a MUCH smoother operation. I live literally 3 minutes from Sports Clips, but I'll be driving by it for the 15 minute drive to Jane's every time from now on. I've been a Sports Clips customer for at least 5-7 years, and they've destroyed their customer experience with this scheduling system. It's awful."

"This was my second visit and think I have finally found my new place. I hesitated to go here thinking it was just for the guys but desperate to find someone who wasn't afraid to cut my hair as short as I like it I thought "who better?" So glad I did!! It's not always easy to get in because the wait can be pretty long but with online check-in you don't have to wait in the shop. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, despite every stylist being busy. Because of the online check in I only had to wait a couple minutes before my stylist, Becky, invited me back. She was friendly without being too chatty and made sure she knew what I was looking for in a cut. She was efficient without making the experience feel rushed and I received the best haircut I've had in a long time. Her product recommendations were also fantastic. Great cut and excellent service without a salon price tag. Love it!!"

"Good place for a haircut, steam towel, shoulder/neck massage. I was annoyed at first because the tv waitlist said I was in for an hour wait, I decided to stick it out for 10 minutes and see what happened. Glad I did, 75 percent of those ahead of me were no shows or came in late. I think I waited for about 15 mins total."

"I get haircuts here regularly. Depending on who you get, the cut may vary. The MVP is nice because when they wash your hair you get a head massage. Massage is hit or miss also depending on who you get. If you get Katie, this place is 5 stars, and if you get someone else it may be a 3."

"Great place for a haircut. Sports on the TV to keep you distracted while you wait for the next available stylist or you can select one from the list. Try the MVP it's worth it. Also request Ashley she does a great job."
